Most public services today are organisation centric. Citizens receive them from organisations. The service design reflects the system we have built. What if individuals could be the point of integration ?
If citizens could create their own personal data stores, and interact with public service providers e.g. local government, education, health, social care and third sector, friends and family using volunteered personal information ?
I would like to do a session where we imagine the individual, the family and the community using the power of the web to transact based on an individual-centric architecture.
